ZARN series needle roller/thrust cylindrical roller bearings: including an outer ring with radial and axial raceways, two shaft rings, an inner ring, a radial needle roller and cage assembly, and two thrust cylindrical rollers and cage assemblies.
The bearing does not have installation holes.
Radial and axial load-bearing capacity: In addition to radial forces, bearings can also withstand axial forces and overturning moments in two directions. The preload and internal clearance of the outer ring, inner ring, and axial cage are matched with each other, so after pre tightening with INA precision locking nuts, the bearing can achieve axial clearance free.
The outer ring of the ZARF (L) bearing, which is a needle roller/thrust cylindrical roller bearing installed with bolts, has holes. These holes are used for direct installation on adjacent structures or radial positioning holes through bolts, as shown in Figure 1. The outer ring of the bearing is bolted, which eliminates the need for additional bearing covers and selection work. The bearing is locked onto the shaft by locking nut AM or ZM (A). To make the design more concise, it is recommended to use a sealing frame component DRS sealing frame component to center and seal the bearing on the outer ring to protect it from external factors.
The bearing ZARN (L) is installed in the bearing seat hole, and the outer ring is fixed with a bearing end cover. The bearing is locked to the shaft with a locking nut AM or ZM.
ZARN.. - L has a single-sided elongated stepped positioning axis ring. These series are mostly used for situations where the shaft ring cannot be fully supported axially by the shaft shoulder or cannot be sealed outside the bearing unit due to external space limitations in adjacent structures.
